Friday:

12 noon - Site Opens

Saturday

8 am Signups open for classes - A&S Pavilion

9 - 10:30 am Class Period One

10:45 - 12:15 pm Class Period Two

12:30 - 1 Court & Laureling of Rowan of Hakesleah - on the Main Square

1 pm Drop-off & Sign Up Deadline for A&S Competitions - A&S Pavilion

1:15 - 2:15 pm Demos and Lunch Break

2:30 - 4 pm Class Period Three

4 pm Siege Cook-off - At least one representative from each team should be at the A&S pavilion to receive final instructions and materials.

4:15 - 5:45 pm Class Period Four

5 pm Pick-up A&S Competition Entries

6 pm Pied d'Argent Competition (if you wish learn the dance, be sure to attend the dance class during Class Period Four as there will be no additional run through of the dance)

6 - 8:30 pm Dinner Break

8:30 pm Entertainment: -- Hosted in The Hooded Hare

• Performing Art Competition: 14th/15th C. Joyous Song ( 3 min. max.)
• Performing Art Competition: Any Period Form of Poem or Song - Topic: Honor ( 3 min. max.)
• Play by Bella Luna - The Love Story of Beatrice and Benedict; Scenes from Much Ado About Nothing
• Open floor Bardic - all are welcome to participate - West Kingdom Bard Catherine de Gray will officiate

Sunday

8 am Signups open for classes - A&S Pavilion

9 am - 12 pm Tournament of the Oaks (Page School) -- To be held on the Main Square
