At each event, various groups volunteer to host the A&S pavilion. Acting as host includes doing a display, holding a meeting, and/or giving a class or demonstration. The populace is invited and encouraged to view the display and participate in the activities. If any group is interested in hosting the A&S pavilion, please contact the Arts and Sciences Ministers.
A&S competitions will be held at the A&S pavilion. Deadline for drop-off for A&S competitions is 1 pm and pick-up is at 5 pm. If you have questions about entering a competition, check out the resources on the A&S website. Of course, you can always contact the Arts and Sciences Ministers with questions.
Wooden Spoon Competitions will be held at the A&S pavilion. If you have questions about entering a Wooden Spoon Competition, check out the West Kingdom Cookerie Guild's website.
